music bank festival (spoiler: bad ending)
hiii, today i'm going to tell you about the best and worst experience at a music festival.
first of all, i like kpop, so music bank is a music program that is broadcasted in south korea, it's entertainment and music in wich various artists or "idols" go to present their new songs.
the program also has a concert called "music bank world tour" and this is where the story begins.
i was really excited to gothe music bank since i couldn't attend the 2018 one, then they announced the chile date it was fantastic, six groups i knew and followed for a long time were coming all in the same place, so i decided i MUST go.
we bought the tickets with my bf , sister and her friend, so now all we had to do was wait for november to come. i was really anxious because i specifically liked three groups that were coming, tomorrow x together, the boyz and stayc, so the wait was a little bit terrible, i just wanted the day come soon.
the day finally arrived, the weather was very bad, it was cold and rain was predicted, however the company that was organizing the festival in chile said that in no way it would be canceled because they had the measures to carry it out. plot twist: it didn't go well, it was terrible. they managed to get two groups out and perform under a little rain, but when the third group arrived it started to rain very hard but they kept dancing, even when hail started to fall they were so professional to the point of having an accident to give a good show. it was so sad, the whole audience was shouting to get them off the stage while it was raining and hailing on our heads.
they finally kept us waiting in the rain (because it was a stadium without a roof) and then sent the artists who don't speak out language to apologize for not being able to go on with the show and say that the show was canceled.
so that's how a supposedly good day ends, i left sad, soaked, very cold and with a canceled show that i didn't even get my money back.
how sad :(
